There is something special to be said about #EloraFergus cafes in the fall.

From seasonal menus to a cozy atmosphere that screams `autumn has arrived`. It isn’t hard to find a favourite menu item this season ☕️🥧

“I spot the hills
With yellow balls in autumn.
I light the prairie cornfields
Orange and tawny gold clusters
And I am called pumpkins.

On the last of October
When dusk is fallen
Children join hands
And circle around me
Singing ghost songs
And love to the harvest moon;

I am a jack-o-lantern
With terrible teeth
And the children know.
I am fooling.”

Happy Spooky Season to all who celebrate! 🎃

September 30th marks Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It is a time to remember the children who never returned home and to honour Survivors and their families.

Reconciliation is rooted in courage to listen, the humility to acknowledge past and ongoing harms, and an unwavering commitment to upholding the truth while confronting denials in all forms.

We’re huge fans of #EloraFergus summers, but the same can be said for fall.

Something about the heritage homes, bright trees, and charming downtowns really brings the area to life 🤎🧡💛

Question 🤔 When you go out to eat with friends, are you the type to order a bunch of shareables for the table or do you stick to one meal per person?

In #EloraFergus, we find it difficult to settle on just one food item 🤤😋

Sometimes, there is nothing better than sharing a cold drink with friends. For #InternationalBeerDay, having a cold brew amongst friends is more than just catching up; it’s honouring the brewers and bartenders who create it and serve it.

Visit your local brewery today to celebrate over a cold glass 🍻
